As should be obvious from the many photos of Cruise Ships on Grace Incarnate, Dr. Neal has a deep love and appreciation for ocean-going vessels and, especially, for cruise ships. In connection with this interest, Dr. Neal has long desired to visit the historic Cunard Ocean Liner RMS Queen Mary, which is now a floating hotel and museum in Long Beach, California. In November of 2002 Dr. Neal got his chance when, in connection with traveling to San Diego to set sail for Hawaii on the Holland America Line's ms Statendam, he took the opportunity to make a day-long visit to the "grand dame" of luxury passenger liners.
A word of thanks is due to two of Dr. Neal's long-time friends, "TheMacMonk," and "MacHiker." If it were not for their generous hospitality, driving Dr. Neal around Southern California the weekend prior his Hawaii cruise departure, the trip to the Queen Mary would not have been possible. These photosgraphs are, therefore, posted in their honor, with thanksgiving to God for the grace that has been given to them and with deep appreciation.
