I called upon You, O My Lord
When problems struck me dear.
I thank You now,
My Lord, my God
For the Faith, which makes things clear.
Your strength is all I need to live,
Your power is quite unbound,
My Faith in You, I pray undimmed,
Shall stay the years, somehow.
Your Faithfulness unto Your Word,
Your Love, which knows no bounds,
Is all I need to see the truth,
And love You; how profound!
Your Grace, which covers all my sins,
Your Peace, which I don’t deserve,
Let’s me know that I’m not wrong,
And that my Lord is God of this Earth.
